What Do I Need To Be Considered.

To be considered as a qualified electrical partner for Florida Living Outdoor, candidates must hold a valid Florida Electrical Contractor License and carry active liability insurance. Proof of both license and insurance is required before any work is assigned.

Candidates should also demonstrate a strong understanding of outdoor-rated wiring, conduit installation, and code-compliant practices specific to Florida building regulations. We value punctuality, clean work, and good communication—because our clients expect nothing less.

Preference will be given to electricians who have experience working with motorized systems like Somfy, Goposa, DoYa, or those comfortable integrating smart-home tech.
