Yes. Every vendor must hold a valid Florida license and carry active liability insurance. Workers must also have workers’ compensation coverage or an exemption certificate.

Visit our vendor landing page and complete the application form. From there, you’ll be contacted for a short call to begin the process.

Once we’ve reviewed your credentials, we’ll schedule a short call. If you're a good fit, you’ll be given a trial job to demonstrate your skills and communication in a real-world scenario.

You’ll be assigned a low-risk task or portion of a project. We’ll evaluate your follow-through, work quality, timeliness, communication, and professionalism.

This is subcontractor work. You choose the projects that fit your schedule and scope. We’re building long-term partnerships, not making hires.

Approved vendors gain access to our Vendor Portal, where available jobs are posted. Top-tier vendors get first choice on projects.

Vendors submit invoices through the portal. We offer fast, reliable payments according to our agreed-upon terms.

Preferred vendors get priority access to high-value jobs, visibility in our marketing, and a direct line of communication with our project leadership team.

We put the customer first and value craftsmanship over speed. That means we only work with vendors who care about doing things right — and we back that up with consistency, fairness, and opportunity.
